FTS is happy to announce that we have recently opened a new south Florida facility to better service our Florida market. Conveniently located in central Ft. Lauderdale, this second facility will allow us to better support our products in the field and increase our market penetration with new equipment sales.
The Ft. Lauderdale office is currently staffed with mobile technicians that are assisting customers with buses at their own locations. Our technicians are performing recall work, warranty repairs and retail service work for the south Florida market. By bringing the technicians to the end user, we hope to find a minimal disruption with a vehicle’s route schedule and no inconvenience to the customer. From the Keys to across the Everglades and up the East Coast, we are here to assist with our increased south Florida presence.
This additional facility will also our permit our technicians in Tampa to focus on the central and northern parts of the state, bringing a level of service and support that is unparalleled in the market. We have added four new technicians in less than two months and are still looking for more qualified individuals- all part of a concerted effort to add emphasis and focus to our customer support and care.
